RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Libas e Naaz, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. All tags and labels must be attached and intact.
To request a return, you must notify our customer support within 7 days of delivery along with your order number and a valid reason for return. In some cases, we may request photos for verification.
Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable on products that are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
Once our quality team verifies the issue, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, wrong size selection, or late return requests. Products purchased on sale are also not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If the size does not fit or you would like to exchange the product for a different item, we do offer exchanges depending on availability. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges on exchanges unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds and exchanges are only processed after the returned product is received and passes inspection by our team.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
