3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, and online payment gateways for local and international orders.
4. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message. However, order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In case of any unavailability or error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you promptly.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 10–15 business days. Delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for size issues and returns for damaged or incorrect items, subject to our return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. No return/exchange is offered on sale items.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Libas e Naaz. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
